Here are the instructions for using the Speak Up Too app:

1. Ensure SpeakUpToo has permission to access the iPad or iPhone microphone (iOS Settings, Privacy).
2. Adjust the minimum and maximum microphone levels on the home page of the Speak Up Too app. The top slider controls the minimum sound threshold, while the lower slider adjusts the maximum sound threshold.
3. Select the desired effect window and vocalize!
